  7. Xanthan Gum Thickeners and film formers. Natural gum thickener.
  8. Octyl Salicylate Old-generation UV filters. Ethylhexyl salicylate, weak UVB solvent-filter.
  9. Octyl Methoxycinnamate Old-generation UV filters. Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, UVB. Degrades avobenzone.
  10. Potassium Cetyl PhosphateFeeds Malassezia Emulsifiers. Anionic emulsifier common in French sunscreens.
  11. Isopropyl MyristatePore-clogging 5/5Feeds Malassezia Emollients. Penetration enhancer, classic comedogen.
  12. Titanium Di Oxide Mineral filters and pigments. UVB particulate, often a booster in hybrids.
  13. Hyluronic Acid Humectants. Sits on the surface and holds water in a film.
  14. Vitamin EPore-clogging 2/5 Antioxidants. Vitamin E, free form.
  15. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
  16. Car-bomer Thickeners and film formers. Acrylic gel former, needs neutralising.
