The Sass Bar Body wash 22 ingredients
  1. Purified water Water, the base most formulas are built on. It dissolves the other ingredients
  2. Cocamidopropyl betaine Surfactants. Amphoteric foam booster, mild.
  3. Capryloyl/Caproyl Methyl Glucamide Surfactants. Emulsifying, foam boosting, skin conditioning, surfactant
  4. Lauroyl/Myristoyl Methyl Glucamide Surfactants. Emollient, hair conditioning, skin conditioning, surfactant, viscosity controlling
  5. Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate Surfactants. Mild anionic, creamy foam.
  6. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  7. Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate Surfactants. Cleansing, foaming, surfactant
  8. Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate Surfactants. Mild anionic with good foam.
  9. Acrylates Copolymer Thickeners and film formers. Antistatic, binding, film forming
  10. Cocoamide MEA Surfactants. Emulsifying, emulsion stabilising, foam boosting, surfactant, viscosity controlling
  11. PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil Surfactants. Emulsifying, surfactant
  12. Propylene Glycol Laurate Surfactants. Skin conditioning, surfactant
  13. Fragrance Fragrance, colour, solvents. Undisclosed fragrance blend.
  14. sodium hydroxide pH adjusters and chelators. Base for neutralising acids and carbomers.
  15. Phenoxythanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
  16. Menthol Fragrance, colour, solvents. Denaturant, masking, refreshing, soothing
  17. Salicyclic acid Actives. BHA, oil-soluble, clears inside the pore.
  18. CI 77891 Mineral filters and pigments. UVB particulate, often a booster in hybrids.
