  3. Ethylhexyl Salicylate Old-generation UV filters. Ethylhexyl salicylate, weak UVB solvent-filter.
  4. Caprylic/Capric TriglycerideMalassezia borderline Emollients. Fractionated coconut triglyceride.
  5. Propylene Glycol Humectants. Glycol solvent and humectant, the older sibling of propanediol.
  6. Isododecane Emollients. Volatile hydrocarbon, evaporates after spreading.
  7. Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid Modern UV filters. Water-soluble UVB filter from the 1990s.
  8. Cetearyl AlcoholPore-clogging 2/5 Emollients. Fatty alcohol thickener and co-emulsifier.
  9. Ceteareth-20 Surfactants. Cleansing, emulsifying, surfactant
  10. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
