5. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
6. Paraffin Wax
7. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Actives. Vitamin B3. Sebum, barrier, pigment transfer, at 2 to 5 percent.
8. Panthenol (Vitamin B5) Humectants. Provitamin B5, humectant and wound-healing support.
9. Vitamin E Acetate Antioxidants. Stable vitamin E ester.
10. Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil Emollients. Emollient, skin conditioning
