OIl Control Salicylic Acid Toner with Vitamin C

TBC - The Bath and Care Toner or essence 14 ingredients
  1. Aqua Water, the base most formulas are built on. It dissolves the other ingredients
  2. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  3. Ascorbic Acid Actives. Pure vitamin C, needs pH 3.5 and 10 to 20 percent.
  4. Betaine Humectants. Sugar-beet osmolyte, reduces sting from other ingredients.
  5. Panthenol Humectants. Provitamin B5, humectant and wound-healing support.
  6. Isopropyl Alcohol(skin friendly) Thickeners and film formers. Antifoaming, perfuming, solvent, viscosity controlling
  7. Lens Esculenta Seed Extract Other ingredients. Skin protecting
  8. Salicylic Acid Actives. BHA, oil-soluble, clears inside the pore.
  9. Zinc PCA Actives. Zinc salt with sebum-reducing data.
  10. Allantoin Actives. Soothing keratolytic.
  11. Eugenia Caryophyllus Leaf Oil Fragrance, colour, solvents. Masking, perfuming, skin conditioning, tonic
  12. Moringa Oleifera Leaf Extract Other ingredients. Skin conditioning
  13. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
  14. and Ethylhexylglycerin
