- Purified water Water, the base most formulas are built on. It dissolves the other ingredients
- Alkyl(C12-15) Benzoate
- Octinoxate Old-generation UV filters. Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, UVB. Degrades avobenzone.
- Oxybenzone Old-generation UV filters. Benzophenone-3, broad UVB and UVA II.
- Octocrylene Old-generation UV filters. UVB filter and avobenzone stabiliser.
- Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (As dispersion) Modern UV filters. Particulate broad spectrum filter in water dispersion.
- Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
- Titanium Dioxide Mineral filters and pigments. UVB particulate, often a booster in hybrids.
- Cetearyl alcohol and Cocoglucoside
- Isononyl Isononanoate Emollients. Antistatic, emollient, skin conditioning
- Cyclomethicone Humectants. Antistatic, emollient, hair conditioning, humectant, solvent, viscosity controlling
- Polyamide-5 Other ingredients. Skin conditioning
- Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acrylodimethyl Taurate Copolymer & Isohexadecane & Polysorbate 60
- Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine Modern UV filters. Oil-soluble broad spectrum UVA and UVB. Max 10 percent.
- C20-22 Alkyl phosphate and C20-22 alcohols
