Plum Sunscreen SPF 35 PA++++ 25 ingredients
  1. Aqua Water, the base most formulas are built on. It dissolves the other ingredients
  2. Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate Old-generation UV filters. Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, UVB. Degrades avobenzone.
  3. Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane Old-generation UV filters. UVA I filter that breaks down in sunlight unless stabilised.
  4. Benzophenone-3 Old-generation UV filters. Benzophenone-3, broad UVB and UVA II.
  5. Butylene Glycol Humectants. Solvent and humectant, improves spread of actives.
  6. PhospholipidsFeeds Malassezia Emulsifiers. Phospholipid emulsifier and penetration aid.
  7. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  8. Isopentyldiol Fragrance, colour, solvents. Solvent
  9. Titanium Dioxide Mineral filters and pigments. UVB particulate, often a booster in hybrids.
  10. Dicaprylyl Carbonate Emollients. Emollient, skin conditioning
  11. Dibutyl Adipate Emollients. Light C4 ester, excellent filter solvent.
  12. C12-15 Alkyl BenzoateFeeds Malassezia Emollients. Medium ester, strong filter solvent.
  13. Alpha-Arbutin Actives. Hydroquinone glycoside, tyrosinase inhibitor.
  14. Citrus Junos (Yuzu) Fruit Extract Other ingredients. Skin conditioning
  15. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
  16. Ethylhexylglycerin Preservatives. Preservative booster and deodorising agent.
  17. Silica Thickeners and film formers. Oil-absorbing matte powder.
  18. Polyacrylate-13 Thickeners and film formers. Film forming
  19. Polyisobutene Thickeners and film formers. Binding, film forming, viscosity controlling

  21. 1,2-Hexanediol Preservatives. Glycol with antimicrobial effect, humectant.
  22. Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer Emulsifiers. Polymeric emulsifier, hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer.
  23. Tocopheryl Acetate Antioxidants. Stable vitamin E ester.
  24. Disodium EDTA pH adjusters and chelators. Chelator that protects preservatives.
