  2. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.

  4. 1,2-Hexanediol Preservatives. Glycol with antimicrobial effect, humectant.
  5. Propanediol Humectants. Corn-derived glycol, solvent and humectant.
  6. Isopropyl Isostearate Emollients. Binding, emollient, skin conditioning
  7. Synthetic Beeswax Emulsifiers. Binding, emulsion stabilising, viscosity controlling
  8. Stearyl Alcohol Surfactants. Emollient, emulsifying, emulsion stabilising, foam boosting, masking, opacifying, refatting, surfactant, viscosity controlling
  9. Hydrogenated Polyisobutene Emollients. Emollient, skin conditioning, viscosity controlling
  10. Sodium Hyaluronate Humectants. Smaller fragments reach the upper epidermis.
