  6. Niacinamide Actives. Vitamin B3. Sebum, barrier, pigment transfer, at 2 to 5 percent.
  7. Arginine Fragrance, colour, solvents. Antistatic, hair conditioning, masking, skin conditioning
  8. Caffeine Actives. Vasoconstrictor and antioxidant, used for puffiness.
  9. Gold Fragrance, colour, solvents. Cosmetic colorant
  10. Caprylyl Glycol Preservatives. Glycol preservative booster, humectant.
  11. Carbomer Thickeners and film formers. Acrylic gel former, needs neutralising.
