  4. Snail Mucin Actives. Snail mucin, a mix of glycoproteins, hyaluronic acid and glycolic acid.
  5. Water Water, the base most formulas are built on. It dissolves the other ingredients
  6. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  7. Propylene Glycol Humectants. Glycol solvent and humectant, the older sibling of propanediol.
  8. Cyclopentasiloxane Emollient, hair conditioning, skin conditioning, solvent
  9. Dimethicone Emollients. Non-volatile silicone, slip and light occlusion.
  10. Glyceryl StearateFeeds Malassezia Emulsifiers. Workhorse non-ionic emulsifier.
  11. Butylene Glycol Humectants. Solvent and humectant, improves spread of actives.
  12. Titanium Dioxide Mineral filters and pigments. UVB particulate, often a booster in hybrids.
  13. Cetearyl AlcoholPore-clogging 2/5 Emollients. Fatty alcohol thickener and co-emulsifier.
  14. Peg-100 StearateFeeds Malassezia Emulsifiers. Partner to glyceryl stearate.
  15. Silica Thickeners and film formers. Oil-absorbing matte powder.
  16. C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside Emulsifying, surfactant
  17. Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer Viscosity controlling

  22. Xanthan Gum Thickeners and film formers. Natural gum thickener.
  23. Triethanolamine pH adjusters and chelators. Amine neutraliser.
  24. Sodium Hydroxide pH adjusters and chelators. Base for neutralising acids and carbomers.
  25. Fragrance Fragrance, colour, solvents. Undisclosed fragrance blend.
  26. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
  27. Disodium Edta pH adjusters and chelators. Chelator that protects preservatives.
