  7. Caprylyl Glycol Preservatives. Glycol preservative booster, humectant.
  8. Carbomer Thickeners and film formers. Acrylic gel former, needs neutralising.
  9. Butylene Glycol Humectants. Solvent and humectant, improves spread of actives.
