  2. Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate Surfactants. Cleansing, foaming, surfactant
  3. Cocamidopropyl betaine Surfactants. Amphoteric foam booster, mild.
  4. Decyl glucoside Surfactants. Sugar-based non-ionic, very mild.
  5. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  6. Glycolic acid Actives. Smallest AHA, deepest penetration.
  7. Niacinamide Actives. Vitamin B3. Sebum, barrier, pigment transfer, at 2 to 5 percent.
  8. Lactic acid Actives. AHA with humectant effect.
  9. Polyquaternium-7 Thickeners and film formers. Antistatic, film forming
  10. Sodium hydroxide pH adjusters and chelators. Base for neutralising acids and carbomers.
