2. Myristic Acid Surfactants. Cleansing, emulsifying, perfuming
3. Glycerine Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
4. Acrylates / Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer Thickeners and film formers. Film forming
5. Stearic Acid Surfactants. Cleansing, emulsifying, emulsion stabilising, masking, refatting, surfactant
6. Potassium Hydroxide pH adjusters and chelators. Buffering
7. Propylene Glycol Humectants. Glycol solvent and humectant, the older sibling of propanediol.
