9. Anhydroxylitol Humectants. Humectant, skin conditioning
10. Polysorbate 20Feeds Malassezia Surfactants. Solubiliser for oils and fragrance in water.
11. Butylene Glycol Humectants. Solvent and humectant, improves spread of actives.
12. Xylitol Humectants. Humectant, skin conditioning
13. Ppg-26-Buteth-26 Other ingredients. Hair conditioning, skin conditioning
14. Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil Surfactants. Emulsifying, surfactant
