2. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
3. Sunflower Seed OilFeeds Malassezia Emollients. Linoleic-rich oil, barrier support.
4. Cetyl AlcoholPore-clogging 2/5 Emollients. Fatty alcohol thickener.
5. Isopropyl MyristatePore-clogging 5/5Feeds Malassezia Emollients. Penetration enhancer, classic comedogen.
6. Olive Oil
7. Glycerol MonostearateFeeds Malassezia Emulsifiers. Workhorse non-ionic emulsifier.
8. Stearic Acid Surfactants. Cleansing, emulsifying, emulsion stabilising, masking, refatting, surfactant
9. Niacinamide Actives. Vitamin B3. Sebum, barrier, pigment transfer, at 2 to 5 percent.
10. Cocoa Butter
11. Shea ButterFeeds Malassezia Emollients. Rich plant butter.
12. Triethanolamine pH adjusters and chelators. Amine neutraliser.
13. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
14. Hyaluronic Acid Humectants. Sits on the surface and holds water in a film.
15. Ethylhexylglycerin Preservatives. Preservative booster and deodorising agent.
16. Allantoin Actives. Soothing keratolytic.
17. Carbomer 940
18. Titanium Dioxide Mineral filters and pigments. UVB particulate, often a booster in hybrids.
19. Disodium EDTA pH adjusters and chelators. Chelator that protects preservatives.
20. Fragrance Fragrance, colour, solvents. Undisclosed fragrance blend.
