  4. Snail Secretion Filtrate Actives. Snail mucin, a mix of glycoproteins, hyaluronic acid and glycolic acid.
  5. Betaine Humectants. Sugar-beet osmolyte, reduces sting from other ingredients.
  6. Niacinamide Actives. Vitamin B3. Sebum, barrier, pigment transfer, at 2 to 5 percent.
  7. Sodium Hyaluronate Humectants. Smaller fragments reach the upper epidermis.
  8. Citric Acid pH adjusters and chelators. Acid for pH adjustment.
  9. Ethylhexylglycerin Preservatives. Preservative booster and deodorising agent.
  10. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
  11. Sodium Polyacrylate Thickeners and film formers. Quick-thickening polymer.
  12. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  13. Sodium Hydroxide pH adjusters and chelators. Base for neutralising acids and carbomers.
  14. Allantoin Actives. Soothing keratolytic.
