  1. Aqua Water, the base most formulas are built on. It dissolves the other ingredients
  2. Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate Surfactants. Cleansing, foaming, surfactant
  3. Cocamidopropyl Betaine Surfactants. Amphoteric foam booster, mild.
  4. Acrylates Copolymer Thickeners and film formers. Antistatic, binding, film forming
  5. Glycerin Humectants. The reference humectant. Cheap, proven, works at 3 to 10 percent.
  6. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Actives. Vitamin B3. Sebum, barrier, pigment transfer, at 2 to 5 percent.
  7. Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate Surfactants. Mild anionic, creamy foam.
  8. Lactic Acid Actives. AHA with humectant effect.
  9. Salicylic Acid Actives. BHA, oil-soluble, clears inside the pore.
  10. Cocamide Mea Surfactants. Emulsifying, emulsion stabilising, foam boosting, surfactant, viscosity controlling
  11. Polyquaternium-7 Thickeners and film formers. Antistatic, film forming
  12. Polysorbate 20Feeds Malassezia Surfactants. Solubiliser for oils and fragrance in water.
  13. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
