10. Dimethyl Isosorbide Solvent, viscosity controlling
11. Alpha Arbutin Actives. Hydroquinone glycoside, tyrosinase inhibitor.
12. L-Ascorbic Acid Actives. Pure vitamin C, needs pH 3.5 and 10 to 20 percent.
13. Squalene Antistatic, emollient, hair conditioning, refatting, skin conditioning
14. TocopherolPore-clogging 2/5 Antioxidants. Vitamin E, free form.
15. Phenoxyethanol Preservatives. The standard broad-spectrum preservative at up to 1 percent.
